We offer dance classes and workshops such as Brazilian Samba, Zumba and SambaFit, which combines different dance styles from Brazil!

Dancing is a great way to keep fit and to boost your self-confidence. While improving your fitness, dancing is also great for your posture and we all know that a good posture will automatically give you that gracious and elegant look!

Our dance fitness classes are designed to cater for all levels of experience and fitness. The classes are danced in a line formation so you don’t need to worry about having a partner! These classes are a perfect way to escape your daily routines and to be the dancing queen for an hour or two.
